Can I cancel my order?

Roov aims to send out orders promptly, but if a customer contacts them in time, they will try to cancel the order. To do so, the customer should fill out the Contact Us form with the order number and the subject "Order Cancellation". If the order has not yet been picked, Roov will attempt to cancel it and provide a refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, the customer must return it to Roov before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Can I change the address on my order?

Roov's objective is to dispatch orders as soon as possible, but if a customer contacts them in time, they may be able to change the delivery address. The customer should complete the Contact Us form, indicating "CHANGE OF ADDRESS" in the subject line and providing their order number in the message. If Roov's customer service team receives the request before dispatching the order, they will update the address for the customer. If the order has already been dispatched, Roov will have to wait for its return from the incorrect address before issuing a replacement or refund.

Does Roov offer a warranty for its products?

Roov offers a one-year warranty for all of its products. Customers can contact Roov's customer service team for more information about warranty claims.
